• Labour Supply chain for key project personnel into the clients engineering team. 
• Full Installation package for electrical, controls and instrumentation. 
• Inspection, testing, ATEX inspections and remedials using terrington database, pre-commissioning.
• Commissioning and Handover.
• As-building and Project Close out.

• £800k EC&I project value.
• 235 Controls & Instrument cables installed, glanded, terminated and tested.
• 242 Power cables installed, glanded, terminated and tested.
• No lost time accidents or incidents.
• Zero turnover of labour throughout the project.

Key Deliverables / Scope:

• Full Installation package for electrical, controls and instrumentation. 
• As-building and Project Close out.
• Originally engaged to provide electrical labour to support on-going site project work.  
• Whilst executing the project KLAAFE carried out a GAP analysis against the existing works to determine the cost and resource requirements to complete.

• KLAAFE took over day-to-day management and supervision of all EC&I construction activities on site.
• KLAAFE developed the QA and handover procedures and systems required to validate the project which were not in place.
•  Poor procurement planning from the client was impacting progress, KLAAFE took over the procurement responsibility, ensuring that critical materials were on site in time.

• Circa £150,000 project value. 
• Full EC&I installation of containment, Cabling, remote I/O panels and skid manufacture. 
• Project scope drift, due to client requirements the scope definition was not fixed, resulting in phased release of workfaces and avoiding abortive works.
